Job Duties
  • Performs a variety of complex payroll and attendance functions in the preparation, processing,
    maintenance, verification and reconciliation of employee leave information, payroll records, and payment of funds for
    contract.
  • Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll
    discrepancies.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information into designated records.
  • Process
    application material for Spartan Patrollers and Contractual Security Service Officers.
  • Prepare onboarding and separation documents,
    maintain records, reports, and files on medical leave, workman’s compensation, and timekeeping records.

Minimum
Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of payroll policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate
    effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret leave and timekeeping procedures.
  • Demonstrated
    ability to create complex spreadsheets
  • Working knowledge and experience in general and payroll accounting
  • Skilled in the use
    of automated timekeeping systems and software.
  • Working knowledge of regulations and laws related to the Fair Labor Standards Act
    (FLSA)
  • Experience providing a high level of customer service and communication to both internal and external customers and
    stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines
