Job Description
Opportunity at a
Glance
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for the daily cash management and banking activities of the company, including short-term
investments, consolidating banking information, preparing wire transfers, ACH items and preparing and analyzing reports. In addition, the
Treasury Analyst will be trained for the cash forecast process to serve as a backup.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for
daily
cash management activities including report daily and weekly cash position of the company, process ACH and wire transfer requests,
liaison
with bank personnel and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot treasury issues, releases payroll payments request, and
maintains/recommends
cash investments. - Performs cash forecast-related processes in Kyriba and understands the know-how to serve as
the backup for the
monthly cash forecast reporting. - Works in cooperation with bank personnel to maintain and open new bank accounts,
ensure fraud
controls are in place, user profiles are aligned with Company policy and all KYC documentation is completed. - Assists
institutions
with automating their banking procedures and troubleshooting banking issues. - Analyzes and compares bank account
fees/service
charges. - Tracks intercompany activities/balances and coordinates with tax and accounting team.
- Maintains, and
ensures
adherence to, treasury policies, process documents and internal controls. - Collaborates with internal teams (Accounting,
Payroll,
Legal, Institutions, Internal Audit, etc.) and external partners (banks and auditors). - Assists with Treasury-related
invoice
payments, minor insurance claims tracking. - Maintains and improves banking processes to enhance workflow efficiencies and
reduce
banking issues. - Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Finance, Business or Accounting
required. - 3+ years’ experience in banking and treasury experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint and strong financial data analytical skills. - Experience in Treasury Management Systems, preferably
Kyriba. - Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to challenge status quo, strong desire to learn, critical
thinking.
Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected
salary range for this position is between $49199.33 and $86253.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by
law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and
