Job Description Summary
Provide administrative and clerical support to the faculty, students, and staff. This role
includes day-to-day operational responsibilities including answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, accounting and
financial management.

Job Responsibilities
- Performs accounting duties in
accordance with prescribed procedures; maintains accounting records in the department including reconciling expenses for monthly reporting
requirement. - Organize and send communications for general staff meetings and other business office activities. Plan space needs and
catering for meetings associated with business office staff. Create requisitions to order food for department meetings. Submit reimbursement
requests for business office staff using Concur. Process guest dinner reimbursement in Concur for faculty. Onboarding seminar guest speakers
in Ben Financials and process honorarium requests - Assist Core Facilities Coordinator with the management of daily LN2 order
assignments. Monitor orders as needed and respond to customer inquiries. Coordinate deliveries with LN2 delivery staff and respond to their
inquiries - Performs general administrative duties in support of the department including filing, picking up daily mail sorting and
distributing mail, and maintaining office supplies. Manage weekly eShip transactions by confirming and updating funding
source - Receives and resolves minor building maintenance request, including preparing work orders as needed
- Other duties and
responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Grad/GE Degree and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience is required.
