Job Summary:
Provide administrative support of a unit’s routine
business or academic activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent: Some
college coursework or relevant experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Two years of college and
one year of related work experience
* Experience in an office or testing center environment
- Knowledge of
college policies, procedures, and operations - Knowledge of prescribed testing conditions and testing security
- Customer
service and professional courtesy skills - Time management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to
articulate testing requirements - Ability to follow oral and written instructions precisely
- Ability to maintain constant
vigilance and detect any sign of scholastic dishonesty
