Major/Essential Functions
- Manage game day operations for
assigned Texas Tech athletic events, including post-game summaries, attendance tracking, and sales reporting. - Process daily deposits
and reconciliations for the ticket operations unit, including complimentary ticket reconciliations. - Deliver exceptional customer
service to all constituents through inbound/outbound calls, email communication, and day-of-game ticket sales. - Maintain and manage
ticketing system databases, including Paciolan and Salesforce. - Supervise, train, and schedule part-time and student
staff. - Assist with the daily operations of the ticket office.
- Support the achievement of defined revenue goals for each
sport as established by the Athletic Department. - Assist with the season ticket renewal process for all ticketed
events. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant AD of Ticket Operations and the Associate Athletic Director for Ticket
Services. - Build and configure seasons, events, and individual games using Paciolan software.
- Develop and maintain
relationships with season ticket holders and donors. - Oversee/coordinate assignment and distribution of away game and postseason
tickets in conjunction with the Red Raider Club and priority points system. - Prepare and submit work orders and purchase orders;
complete P-Card reconciliations for Ticket Operations and Sales staff. - Comply with all NCAA, Big 12, and Texas Tech University
rules, regulations, and policies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus three years related
experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal seven years.
Preferred
Qualifications
- Three years of experience in collegiate athletics, professional sports, ticket operations, ticket sales, or a
related field. - Experience using Paciolan ticketing software, including building seasons, events, price structures, and individual
games. - Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform and maintaining accurate customer and ticketing
databases. - Experience supervising, training, scheduling, or providing direction to student, part-time, or game-day
staff. - Working knowledge of season ticket renewals, complimentary ticket management, player/guest admissions, and postseason or
away-game ticket allocation. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with season ticket holders, donors,
fans, coaches, staff, and other constituents. - Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills,
with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications,
particularly Excel, and the ability to analyze and communicate ticket sales, attendance, and revenue data. - Ability and willingness
to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and athletic events as required. - Knowledge of NCAA and conference rules and regulations
related to ticket operations and intercollegiate athletics.
