Summary of Job Duties:
The Agriculture Laboratory
Technician at the fruit breeding station in Clarksville, AR is responsible for farm related duties. These duties will include operating and
maintaining tractors and other farm equipment, irrigation equipment maintenance, irrigation management, building maintenance, applying
pesticides when needed, cultivating, planting, pruning and mowing. Greenhouse duties may be required as needed including potting plants and
stake maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications
The formal education equivalent of a high
school diploma
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge on how to operate a tractor and maintain equipment used in agriculture.
Knowledge of basic farm practices such as cultivating, pruning, mowing, and irrigating.
