Job
Summary

The Component Unit Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination
support for the College’s component units. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, this position manages contract workflows, board
relations, and meeting coordination while ensuring organized documentation and compliance across all component unit activities. The
Coordinator serves as a central point of communication for internal and external stakeholders, supports relationship management and issue
resolution.

Required Qualifications


  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business.
  2. Two (2)
    years of experience working in Higher Education.
  3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel and
    PowerPoint).
  4. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain successful working relationship with staff, community, and external
    partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
  2. Experience and
    understanding of data analysis and process mapping.

is $22.86-$35.71 per hour

renewals, and related processes. Tracks key milestones and deadlines, ensures appropriate routing and approvals, and maintains organized
