Director of Human Resources. Cloud County Community College seeks a Director of Human Resources. The Director is responsible for
organizing and implementing a personnel and payroll system for the College that includes the advertising of position vacancies, assisting
with the hiring process, maintaining personnel records and personnel policies, the administering of fringe benefits, assisting the Board of
Trustees with the negotiations process, and assisting with the budgeting process. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
required. Three to five years of related experience preferred. This is a full-time, 12-month position with a benefit package that includes
health, dental, and vision coverage and paid leave time.
