Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Finance, the Fiscal Assistant is responsible for daily accounting, reconciliation, financial reporting and assistance with research and problem solving that supports Auxiliary Services’ multi-department operations.
This position creates and maintains various electronic financial spreadsheets, workbooks and processes used in the accounting cycle; and assists in executing essential procedures and processes for debit card accounting, inventory entries, accounts payable, and communications regarding service with vendors and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting, preferred;
- Extensive relevant experience may substitute for the business/accounting specific degree.
- Two to three years of accounting support experience.
- Experience in retail accounting preferred.
Hiring Range:
Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $51,500 to $64,400; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
