Minimum Requirements    

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in automotive parts and vehicles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate (MS Office; experience with parts systems is advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in the automotive industry
• Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage but not required
• Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct vehicle parts
• Provide excellent customer service both in-store and over the phone
• Learn and use parts catalogues and systems to source products
• Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
• Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
