Job Title: OTD Anatomy Tutor


Reporting Relationship: OTD Program Assistant

Unit: IWU-Marion


Department: Occupational Therapy – School of Nursing & Health Sciences

Campus Location: Ott Hall of Sciences & Nursing, Marion, IN


Summary of Position: Support fellow OTD students by tutoring human anatomy, including gross anatomy, neuroanatomy, and functional movement. Help reinforce key concepts, assist in labs, and promote academic success.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Lead individual tutoring sessions
  • Help students review lecture materials and lab procedures
  • Maintain tutoring schedules
  • Assist with Exam set up

Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.


Education

  • Enrolled in the OTD graduate program at IWU


Experience

  • Experience in tutoring or lab assistance is preferred
  • Strong academic background in anatomy, physiology, or kinesiology


Required Skills

  • Proficient in anatomy and clinical reasoning
  • Able to work independently and manage time well
