Our client is seeking a team-oriented Personal Injury Pre-Suit AttorneyResponsibilities:Handle case management from inception to completion, finding ethical solutions to legal matters and staying informed about any current legislation and case lawProvide legal support/guidance to clients while building trustworthy client relationships Negotiate settlements with insurance carriersCover PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under OathMarket firm services in the community and as otherwise requiredRequirements:A JD degree and Florida bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice historyTwo years of legal experience A genuine interest in the personal injury fieldA Self-starter driven by long-term career goalsSuperior oral and written advocacy skillsBonus Experience: Personal injury experience and Bilingual Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 + Bonus DOE Location: Boynton Beach, FLBenefits: 10 PTO days + firm-observed holidays, Health insurance, 401k, Performance bonuses Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and is not representative of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
