Position Introduction:


Serves as a key operational and strategic leader, overseeing the day-to-day
administration and overall performance of a department or college on behalf of the Director, Chair, or other designated executive. This role
provides comprehensive oversight of departmental operations, administrative processes, reporting, policy development, and process
improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who drives operational excellence, fosters collaboration, and
supports the achievement of organizational goals through effective leadership, organization, and communication.

Required
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 36 months of related experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of job-related experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree for a total
of 84 months of related experience.
