Student Accounts Specialist

Emmanuel University Accounting Services Department is seeking a full-time Student Accounts Specialist.

Qualifications:

Experience with receivables and collections is preferred. Training and experience with accounting and computer spreadsheets are required.

Responsibilities:

The Student Accounts Specialist is responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable from current and former students, reducing accounts receivable delinquency, providing customer service, and assisting with any ongoing duties of the Accounting Services Department, which may include processing daily deposits and entering cash receipts.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is paid at an hourly rate established by Emmanuel University. As a full-time position, candidate will be eligible for all benefits including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation, tuition reductions, and use of Emmanuel’s fitness facility.
