Job Summary:

Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and
services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Job Description:


  • Provides accurate information to resolve customer
    inquiries.
  • Helps organize customers onto university vehicles.
  • Escalates issues to customer service leaders or to central
    units.
  • Redirects customers as best as possible for out-of-scope inquiries.
  • Triages questions and concerns; provides detailed
    information on items escalated to other business units.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
