or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A
reasonable estimate of the current range is:



Grade: Technical 406 Pay Range: $95,900.00 – $143,800.00



Job Description

We
are looking for a skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable CRM solutions that power our go-to-market teams. In
this role, you will translate complex business requirements into robust Salesforce implementations and collaborate cross-functionally with
Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will work within an agile team committed to quality, automation, and continuous improvement.



KSAs

  • Design, develop, and deploy customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and
    SOQL/SOSL.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
    platforms.
  • Configure and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud to support evolving business
    needs.
  • Develop automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex Triggers.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best
    practices, and ensure high test coverage standards (>= 80% Apex test coverage).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders
    to gather requirements and translate them into technical design documents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with urgency
    and clear communication.
  • Participate in platform release management, including sandbox management, deployments, and change sets /
    DevOps pipelines.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information
    Technology
  • Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree
    requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education, and is at the hiring
    manager’s discretion.
  • 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a professional setting
  • Experience interfacing
    with databases and integrating third-party products with existing infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, or Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Experience with
    Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) or Field Service Lightning.
  • Knowledge of Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM or Salesforce Data
    Cloud.
  • Background in Java, Python, or JavaScript outside of Salesforce context.
  • Active Salesforce Platform Developer I
    certification (or higher).
