We invite applications and nominations for an exceptional Vice President for Human Resources to join the President’s Cabinet and Board of Regents HR leadership team and play a pivotal role in leading the university’s workforce strategy.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and modernize all HR functions, including:
- Talent acquisition and retention
- Workforce planning and culture
- Employee relations and engagement
- Compliance and policy leadership
- Serve as a trusted, strategic advisor to executive leadership on all people-related matters
- Build a high-performing HR team focused on innovation, service, and continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and engagement across campus
- Support leadership development and succession planning for the next generation of campus leaders
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a collaborative, visionary leader who brings:
- Five or more years’ experience in an HR leadership role
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- The ability to influence, partner, and lead at the executive level
- Strong judgment, integrity, and a commitment to service
- Deep knowledge of employment practices, compliance, and organizational development
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree and/or SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent credentials
- Experience in higher education or the public sector
