Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities


General administrative and secretarial duties.

  • Finance paperwork prep/review/completion
  • Personnel paperwork (PA’s, etc.)
  • Travel paperwork
  • Inventory and ordering supplies
  • Fee waiver tracking and IABs
  • Onsite fee waiver tracking
  • Attributes for student scholarships
  • Budget reconciliation and paperwork
  • Promo code tracking and completion
  • Printed materials inventory and ordering
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Requirements


  • Two years of college

Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Three years of administrative experience. Additional college education and related work experience may be exchanged year-for-year to meet qualifications.
  • Must possess excellent typing, office procedure, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work with a variety of people.
  • Tabe ability to multi-task is critical.
  • Keyboarding, filing, MS Office Suite programs, office procedures; bookkeeping may be required.

Hourly Rate/Annual Salary
$15.19 (Additional pay dependent upon qualifications)



Staff Grade: 103

Work Hours: Normal working hours
