Maintenance Supervisor

Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) is a two -year community/technical college that offers more
than 75 associate degree, diploma, and certificate programs for students who are either seeking quick entry into the workforce or desiring
to transfer to a senior institution to pursue a bachelor’s degree. HGTC offers three convenient campus locations in South Carolina,
including Myrtle Beach, Conway and Georgetown.

The Physical Plant department at Horry-Georgetown Technical College is seeking
candidates for a Maintenance Supervisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance department at the Conway
campus, including hiring and training staff; overseeing outside contractors; performing and overseeing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled
duties in maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment on the Conway campus.

Advertised Salary:

$52,100
(Minimum)- $70,300 (Midpoint)

Minimum Requirements:

HS diploma and trade experience directly related to area of
employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to plan and supervise, instruct maintenance staff on the proper
operation, safety, maintenance, repair of all electrical, mechanical, plumbing equipment, infrastructure, carpentry, interior, exterior
finishes and any other items related to facilities. Plans construction and renovation projects, oversee contractors.
