Range: Up to $53,196 annualized, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications.

Job Summary
The Third Party Billing Coordinator performs billing and reconciliations involving third party
billing and accounts. This role ensures compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. The position performs routine assignments in
the entry level to a professional job progression.
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing customer
service through billing and collections of third-party vendors. Must exercise independent thought and judgment over non-routine accounting
problems. - Scans all employer provided financial authorization and tuition assistance forms to Xtender and apply to student
accounts. - Responsible for direct invoicing of vendors and military agencies; applying payments to vendor accounts, monthly
reconciliations, chargebacks to students and processing refunds. - Performs end-of-year reconciliation and distribution of
third-party receivables. - Plans and schedules quarterly departmental team training meetings.
- Assists in overseeing the
scanning/indexing of checks to Receivables Edge for deposit to JPMorgan Chase account. - Assists in overseeing Fiscal Account
Specialist. - Acts as backup for Fiscal Account Specialist and various back-office duties, as needed.
- Performs other duties
as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Additional experience
may substitute for education on a one-for-one basis.
- Additional experience
- One (1) year of third-party billing/invoicing or related work
experience. - This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its
infrastructure.

This position will work both on UT San Antonio Downtown campus and remotely in
Texas. Travel and parking expenses are the employee’s responsibility.
This position is contingent upon a successful
background check. Verification of a valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) may be completed as applicable. Applicants
selected must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States by time of hire.
